This one cucumber from Genevieve Guy’s garden was more than enough to make a huge salad, make chow and pickle souse. Genevieve who is the president of the Matura Women’s Group, is an innovative farmer with a flair for  presentation. At just over 30 inches, this one fell short of the current Guinness World Record for the longest cucumber which was grown by Raghbir Singh Sanghera in Wales in 2011 which came in at 42.13 inches.
